Phil Vaughan has been married to Denise Alaux Vaughan from Erie, CO since 1990. Mr. Vaughan founded Phil Vaughan Construction Management, Inc. in 1989 after graduation from the University of Denver in 1988. PVCMI is a Construction Management/Owner’s Representation/Land Planning and permitting company that specializes in Commercial, Industrial and Multi-family housing projects.

Before joining the District, Mr. Vaughan had a long history of volunteer leadership within Colorado local government, including serving as chairman of both the Garfield County Planning Commission and the Garfield County Human Services Commission.

Mr. Vaughan has lived in Garfield County, CO since 1975.
